We established HEROS from a simple observation: hospitality businesses should have better staffing solutions. Our founders have managed front-of-house teams across luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and premium serviced apartments for years in London and beyond.
As a result, they firsthand know the frustration of unreliable temp staffing and the impact a single underperforming team member can have on guest satisfaction and a brand's reputation.
So we built something different in the form of HEROS where we recruit, train, and place professionals who don't just fill a rota, but elevate the service.
